Robert Brossier Reese, Jr., President and C.E.O has over 32 years experience in real estate finance and development. He currently holds a license as a general contractor, real estate broker, and mortgage broker in the state of Florida.

Bob got his start in commercial real estate with NCNB now Bank of America as a Vice President, and with SunBank now SunTrust.

Bob has developed projects for the BROSSIER portfolio, as well as private investors.  Specializing in corporate build to suit projects, Robert has developed the following projects, which also includes a partial list of corporate clients.

Some of Bob's projects include: The Registry at Michigan Park (264 multi‐family units), Grandeville at River Place (280 multifamily units), ChildrenFirst Home Health Care System / Kids Battling Cancer, Inc. (corporate headquarters), Beall’s Department Store, Exxon‐Mobil, Hess, Eckerd, Sonny’s BBQ, Denny’s, Outback Steakhouse Restaurants, Florida Choice and United Southern Banks, Columbia/HCA and Orlando Regional Healthcare Systems.

During these projects, Robert and BROSSIER have overcome development challenges.  Every project listed above has been involved with a comprehensive land use amendment, rezoning, wetland mitigation – relocation and creation of wetlands, protection of endangered species habitat or relocation when directed to by Fish and Game.  Additionally,  Bob is experienced in the removal of contaminated soil and lower aquifer situations.

Tim McCoskey, received his formal education with a degree in Real Estate & Economics, with a minor in Architecture from the University of Florida.  Post graduate he went on to join the Appraisal Institute Educational Trust as an appraiser for Clayton, Roper & Marshall, one of the largest commercial appraisers in the Orlando MSA.  It was here that Tim was first introduced to the development and construction dynamics of multi-family construction.

He joined Picerne Development to focus exclusively on the development of tax credit apartment deals. His responsibilities were to bring each project to fruition on a turn-key basis, which includes all aspects of development, construction, and property management.

One of the largest apartment development and self-preforming construction firms in the nation, JPI Development, lured Tim away from Picerne. He joined this prestigious firm to run project development, construction and property management.  Thus, he again was responsible for his projects on a total turn-key basis. It would not be long before Tim was on his own developing, constructing, and managing his own multi-family for rent products.

Tim has over 22 years of hands on experience as an institutional class A apartment general contractor who also understands the entire development and property management cycle.
